One of the reasons why people like Google is because they tend to come up with some very cool and creative ideas and are not afraid to implement them. One of their extremely cool ideas is called Doodle 4 Google and I thought I would post details about it here for people who hadn’t heard about it to check it out. What is Doodle 4 Google? According to the Google website…
“Doodle 4 Google, a competition where we invite K-12 students to play around with our homepage logo and see what new designs they come up with. This year we’re inviting U.S. kids to join in the doodling fun, around the intriguing theme “What I Wish for the World.” Both our country and the world are undergoing significant change. At Google we believe in thinking big, and dreaming big, and we can’t think of anything more important than encouraging students to do the same.”
There are some awesome drawings by kids of all ages at the Dood 4 Google website and you’ll want to read what the kids wrote along with each of their pictures, which is really cool as well.
